Jason Flaig is a patent attorney residing in Idaho.  He is the founder and owner of Flaig Law Office, PLLC and focuses on intellectual property, estate planning and business law.

Jason also has significant litigation experience.  He has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Idaho Supreme Court, clerked for a Federal judge and has handled many litigation matters.  Jason has litigated matters in Boise, Twin Falls, American Falls, Pocatello, Blackfoot, Idaho Falls, Rexburg and Driggs, Idaho.

He obtained his law degree from the University of Idaho and his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.  He has a background in biology, business, and computers.  Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked for a Fortune 500 company as an analyst.  He was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, loves the Packers, and is married with 6 children.
